Storm office, which was first established within Coldwell Banker in Izmir Urla, quickly became one of the best-selling offices not only in Izmir but in all of Turkey. Bringing their success to the city center, the Storm team opened its second office in Alsancak and demonstrated the same success. The high sales figures with its professional, analytical and customer-oriented team attracted the attention of construction companies in a short time, and it carries out project sales with full authority in many locations such as Izmir, Istanbul and Cyprus.
Eren Erden
I studied Sales Management at Dokuz Eylül University and then Business Administration at Princely International University (NY). I started working in the real estate sector at Yapı Kredi Koray GYO in Istanbul in 2004, and later worked in leading companies in the sector such as Akiş GYO, Astay GY and Pantheon GM. I started in the sector as a Sales Specialist, and took part in different areas of the sector by working in different positions such as Sales Analyst, Assistant Sales Director and Sales Manager. I personally or as a team leader, sold nearly 3000 houses in many projects, all designed for A+, A and B+ customer groups...
After returning to Izmir, I decided to combine the knowledge and experience I gained in the real estate sector with the Coldwell Banker Storm family. This is the best decision I have made in my career and I am very happy to be working with the strongest team in Izmir.
